Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Multi-Skilled Helper to join our Lake Management team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will assist in maintaining lakes, ponds, water features, and surrounding landscaped areas, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and operational at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of lakes, ponds, fountains, and water features.
- Remove debris, algae, litter, and other unwanted materials from water bodies and surrounding areas.
- Support the operation and maintenance of pumps, filtration systems, aerators, and irrigation equipment.
- Perform general landscaping duties, including watering, weeding, trimming, and planting.
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance of lake management equipment and infrastructure.
- Conduct routine inspections and report any faults, leaks, damages, or safety hazards.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, storage areas, and work sites.
- Follow company health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
- Assist with special projects and emergency maintenance activities as required.
- Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, loading, and unloading materials and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping, maintenance, facilities management, or a similar field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in irrigation systems, water feature maintenance, or landscaping.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, or electrical maintenance.
- Understanding of workplace safety procedures.
