As a

Staff Complex Attendant

, you play a key role in creating a comfortable, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for all team members who are residing in the staff accommodation.

You will ensure all common areas, corridors, and rooms are well maintained, clean, and properly stocked.

Your responsibilities include supporting daily housekeeping needs, assisting colleagues with accommodation requests, and ensuring smooth day to day operations all while upholding our company s core values.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning of common areas such as hallways, staircases, lounges, kitchens, washrooms, and recreation rooms.
  • Clean and prepare vacant rooms for new staff occupancy.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal, recycling, and sanitation procedures.
  • Maintain hygiene standards in all shared facilities.
  • Report any maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, furniture damage, etc.) to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Monitor facilities and ensure equipment and furniture are in good working condition.
  • Assist with basic minor repairs if required.
  • Support staff during check in and check out procedures (room allocation, key handover, inspection).
  • Provide information or guidance regarding facility rules and amenities.
  • Respond professionally to resident requests, complaints, or issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Monitor building security by ensuring doors, gates, and facilities are properly secured.
  • Follow emergency procedures and support evacuations if needed.
  • Assist with inventory control for cleaning materials, linens, and supplies.
  • Participate in periodic deep cleaning schedules and pest control routines.
  • Support facility events or inspections when required.
  • A suitable candidate should have 1 2 years of experience in a 5 star hotel, resort, or staff accommodation environment, with strong knowledge of housekeeping and hygiene standards.
  • Must have excellent personal presentation, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain a clean, welcoming, and well organized living environment for staff.
  • The candidate should be proactive, reliable, and committed to always delivering high service standards.
  • Fluent English communication is required, and knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
