Proven experience within a 5-star hotel or resort environment.
Demonstrate experience in a supervisory capacity within Housekeeping department.
Can make sound independent decisions and deal with guests and colleagues at all levels.
You will also display sound communication skills and have confident and mature personal.
Excellent communication in verbal and written English language, fluency in another European language is highly regarded.
Train colleagues on cleaning, hygiene standards and maintenance tasks.
Excellent organisational and team management skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evening and weekends.
Strong knowledge in PMS (Opera), Microsoft applications
