As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring a seamless dining experience for every guest. You will oversee the reservation and seating flow, maintain excellent guest engagement, and ensure that service runs efficiently while adhering to our company s core values. This role involves managing reservations, coordinating guest seating, supporting special events, and supervising the smooth day to day operations at the restaurant entrance. _x000D_ _x000D_ Key Duties and Responsibilities _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant. _x000D_ Manage reservations, walk ins, and waiting lists efficiently. _x000D_ Escort guests to their tables and present menus. _x000D_ Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and service flow. _x000D_ Maintain an organized and updated reservations system. _x000D_ Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service and kitchen teams. _x000D_ Answer telephone inquiries regarding reservations, menu details, and restaurant policies. _x000D_ Support the service team during peak hours as needed. _x000D_ Ensure the hostess stand, entrance area, and menus are always clean and presentable. _x000D_ Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary. _x000D_ Maintain excellent product knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions. _x000D_ Assist in coordinating special events, group bookings, and VIP arrangements. _x000D_ Uphold company grooming standards and act as an ambassador for the restaurant s brand. _x000D_ To assist with any other duties that are required by the member of the management team. _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ At One&Only creating JOY is at the forefront of everything we do.
