Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide a polite and professional greeting to all guests encountered in public areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide assistance where required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other guest-facing spaces.
- Ensure all public areas are always well-presented by removing debris, dusting, and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of high-traffic areas, restrooms, and entrances.
- Replenish supplies such as tissues, hand soap, paper towels, and other amenities in public restrooms.
- Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and fittings in public areas are arranged and maintained according to brand standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is used and stored properly after use.
- Maintain storage areas in a clean, organized, and well-stocked condition.
- Always uphold guest privacy and confidentiality.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and uniform requirements.
