Sr Technical Program Manager

Purpose

Core Responsibilities

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, digital program management, or related technical delivery roles.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional digital or web platform initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of web development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and release management practices.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore, or equivalent technologies.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive execution across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with digital analytics, SEO tools, accessibility standards, and website performance optimization.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience partnering closely with engineering and product organizations in SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with modern web architectures, APIs, CI/CD processes, and cloud-based digital platforms.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or related delivery and collaboration tools.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred.
