Technical Consultant
Role Overview
As a Technical Consultant, you will work directly with customers to accelerate their adoption of Quickbase so they can solve business problems faster.
Working with our Sales and Customer Experience teams, you will own the technical and functional implementation of Quickbase for new and existing customers — sharing best practices, proposing application designs, and implementing workflow automation to address customers' functional and technical requirements.
As a customer advocate and Quickbase expert, you will also synthesize product observations and customer conversations into insights that our product team can act on.

Basic Qualifications
- 2–5+ years delivering technical solutions in software sales, services, engineering, or support.
- Highly curious about business process with experience optimizing and automating processes.
- 1–2+ years working with relational databases, SaaS integration services, and integrating with enterprise software systems.
- Experience establishing and nurturing relationships at all customer levels, from C-suite to individual contributors.
- Understanding and experience defining and managing key metrics including financial targets, industry-standard metrics, and stakeholder KPIs.
- Experience working with ERP solutions and enterprise software systems.
- General working knowledge of APIs.
- BS/BA degree (Computer Science or Business preferred) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Quickbase Builder Certification and Quickbase Pipelines Certification required.
- Flexibility for travel.
- Excellent persuasive, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–3+ years of experience designing and building solutions in Quickbase.
