Role Overview
Lead complex, high-impact technical initiatives for Amazon's Seller Fees Tech organization.
Drive expansion efforts supporting the global third-party marketplace and millions of sellers.
Coordinate execution across engineering teams, business units, and stakeholders.
Seller Fees Tech Organization
Seller Fees Tech supports fee calculation, processing, incentives, and financial adjustments across Amazon marketplaces.
The organization supports more than 2 million active sellers and billions of transactions annually.
Program Leadership and Execution
- Lead complex cross-team programs and develop plans with milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and resource requirements.
- Identify and mitigate delivery and quality risks.
- Drive execution, resolve blockers, define success metrics, and align delivery with business and technical objectives.
Technical Leadership
- Partner with engineering leaders on technical approaches balancing scalability, performance, and time-to-market.
- Lead GenAI adoption to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Facilitate technical design reviews and architecture discussions.
- Address technical dependencies and collaborate on technical requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
- Communicate status, risks, achievements, metrics, and trade-offs to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment on program objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and building sustainable processes is preferred.
- Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition is preferred.
- Experience with GenAI technologies and tools is preferred.
Work Environment
