Lead end-to-end launch readiness across fulfillment centers and stores in Core, Rush, and Now networks.

Translate planning inputs into operational readiness milestones and support scalable operations aligned with Amazon standards.
Launch readiness
- Lead configuration readiness for new FCs, SDCs, IXDs, and stores across the specified networks.
- Define and track inbound, storage, outbound, systems, and capacity milestones from planning through go-live.
- Validate launch inputs, volume ramp plans, and operational dependencies with Operations, Supply Chain, and Business teams.
- Standardize launch mechanisms and align them with S&OP, topology, and capacity plans.
- Coordinate with Technology and other partner teams to define launch scope and validate configuration inputs.
Basic qualifications
- At least two years of program or project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in an analytical environment working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
- Experience with MS Access and SQL.
- Experience gathering requirements and writing clear, detailed requirement documents.
