Overview
To lead and manage large-scale civil and infrastructure projects in Qatar.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution including planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, resource allocation, construction supervision, quality assurance, and timely project delivery while maintaining international standards of safety and compliance.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource deployment strategies.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress against milestones and take corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and local regulations.
Manage project costs, forecasting, and financial controls.
Oversee procurement and subcontractor management activities.
Drive quality control and adherence to international construction standards.
Ensure implementation of HSE policies and safety procedures across project sites.
Prepare periodic MIS reports and presentations for senior management.
Identify and mitigate project risks and operational challenges.
Manage claims, variations, and contract administration activities.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure high productivity.
