Role & responsibilities To oversee contract administration and commercial management for large-scale civil and infrastructure projects.
The role requires managing the complete contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, minimizing commercial risks, handling claims and disputes, and supporting successful project execution within budget and schedule targets.
EXP IN Delay claims, extension of time claims , Dispute resolutions and knowledge of Local arbitrations laws, conflict avoidance /management / Dispute resolutions / construction claim management
