Overview
leading project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project control activities for large-scale civil construction projects.
The role involves developing detailed project schedules, resource planning, tracking project milestones, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring projects are executed within defined timelines and budgets.
Develop, implement, and maintain project master schedules for civil construction projects.
Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource-loaded schedules.
Monitor project progress against approved plans and identify schedule variances.
Prepare short-term and long-term project execution plans.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams to align schedules.
Conduct critical path analysis and recommend corrective measures for delays.
Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies where required.
Generate project progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and KPI reports.
Lead project planning review meetings with management and clients.
Track manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity utilization.
Evaluate subcontractor progress and monitor project performance.
