Project delivery and coordination
- Prepare and implement the Project Execution Plan and provide project execution and coordination input to proposals.
- Serve as a first-line client contact, coordinate client requirements, and maintain relationships with senior management and operations.
- Manage contractual and project-related meetings; coordinate project activities and personnel across onshore and offshore work, procurement, and operations.
- Monitor work in progress and prepare weekly status reports, project startup, progress, and closeout reports for senior management.
- Submit procedures and calculations to clients for review and approval; coordinate inspections with the quality control department.
Materials, costs, and contracts
- Schedule and purchase required materials; coordinate shipments and site receipt, and monitor delivery schedules and potential delays.
- Control project material issues and usage, and monitor material costs against budgets.
- Monitor work execution and productivity to meet efficiency, man-hour, and procurement budgets.
- Document contract variations before execution and ensure additional work outside the original contract is invoiced.
Compliance and work practices
- Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards and assigned health, safety, and environmental responsibilities.
- Adhere to the company Management Information System and work as part of the department and office team.
Experience and skills
- 10 years of oil and gas experience is required.
- 10 years of project management experience is required.
- Skills listed include leadership, time management, coordination, computer skills, communication, and presentation.
Pay
- AED 15,000–18,000 per month.
