Responsible for office administration and logistics activities, including purchasing, accommodation, transportation, yard maintenance, and support for company staff.
Purchasing and accommodation
- Purchase office stationery and cleaning materials monthly, maintain stock registers, and issue related LPOs through EPICOR.
- Arrange accommodation for demobilized and newly joining employees across three companies and assemble supporting invoice documents, including signed contracts, QACs, and POs.
- Track monthly administration expenses for management review.
Training, transport, and facilities
- Arrange offshore medicals and safety training as required by projects, update the Excel tracker, and reissue open POs based on consumption.
- Coordinate company transportation and maintain related fuel bills, invoices, maintenance records, and vehicle and equipment registration renewals.
- Coordinate yard maintenance, office arrangements, and seating and facilities for new staff.
Staff and supplier coordination
- Oversee drivers, security guards, cleaners, and office staff, including activities, performance, attendance, and timesheets.
- Handle yard scrap sales as directed by management.
- Arrange project supply manpower and collect supplier invoices with QACs, LPOs, and approved timesheets for Accounts.
Experience
- At least 2 years of logistics experience.
Pay
- Full-time role paying AED 3,500–5,500 per month.
