Project delivery and coordination
- Assist with project activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Support project engineers with daily site operations and coordination across disciplines.
- Coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors to support execution according to plan.
- Coordinate fabrication, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Progress, quality, and materials
- Monitor work progress, report deviations, track daily progress, and help prepare progress reports.
- Update schedules, monitor milestones, and escalate delays, risks, or timeline issues.
- Verify site activities against quality and safety standards and assist QA/QC inspections and documentation.
- Coordinate material planning, tracking, procurement and warehouse teams, MTOs, material requests, and deliveries.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material needs against the project schedule.
Documentation and commercial support
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents under supervision.
- Help prepare method statements, work procedures, and technical submittals.
- Maintain revision records and project documentation; help prepare and review as-built drawings and close-out documents.
- Attend project meetings and prepare minutes and action follow-ups.
- Prepare job quotations and invoices and follow up with clients on invoice payment and collection.
Role requirements
- Support project activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Review engineering drawings, bills of quantities, and technical documents under supervision.
- Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and project disciplines.
- Monitor compliance with quality, safety, project specifications, and client requirements; ADNOC standards apply where relevant.
- Support material planning, tracking, and procurement coordination.
Pay
- AED 4,000–5,500 per month.
