Hiring a Senior Plumbing Engineer to join the team immediately.
The role involves high-rise and large-scale developments.
Responsibilities
- Lead plumbing design, review, and execution for high-rise and large-scale developments.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Emaar standards and local authority regulations.
- Oversee plumbing installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Prepare technical submittals, drawings, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 6 years of plumbing engineering experience; the experience field states 8 years required.
- Strong knowledge of local authority approvals and regulations.
- Strong coordination and site management skills.
- Immediate availability is required.
Preferred experience
- Experience on Emaar and Expo projects is preferred.
