Seeking a QA/QC Engineer for electrical systems on UAE MEP contracting projects.
The work covers high-rise buildings, villas, residential developments, and commercial projects.
Work location is in person.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for electrical works on site.
- Inspect cable laying, containment, panels, lighting, and ELV installations.
- Ensure work meets approved drawings, specifications, and project quality plans.
- Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and Inspection Test Plans.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants, clients, and site teams.
- Monitor compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct testing and commissioning inspections for electrical systems.
- Prepare QA/QC reports, NCRs, and close-out documentation.
- Ensure compliance with requirements from DEWA, ADDC, Civil Defense, and other UAE authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience, with UAE MEP contracting experience mandatory.
- Experience with high-rise buildings, villas and residential developments, and commercial projects.
