Sr Business Process Analyst - Remote

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, manage, and report assigned project work.
• Lead planning, configuration, and execution of User Acceptance and End-to-End testing.
• Support pharmacy initiative testing through test plans, cases, execution, results documentation, defect management, and data setup.
• Create, control, and improve business processes; lead process design and project implementation teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using process excellence principles and related tools.
• Communicate deliverables to stakeholders and management; create business requirements and process documentation as needed.
• Flex into supporting roles in other Test Operations functional areas during Peak Season, typically November through January.

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of business testing experience.
• Experience with User Acceptance and End-to-End testing, RxCLAIM claims processing, and researching and troubleshooting claim issues or rejects.
• Experience with data creation, collection, and analysis; test planning, scenario documentation, execution, requirements traceability, and defect resolution.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work, work independently, and make effective decisions.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Eligibility Ops, Cirrus, Finance, UDW, IHR, or Accumulator Ops teams is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and query data from RXCLAIM AS400 is preferred.

Work arrangement

• Remote work is available from anywhere within the United States.
• Employees in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area must work in the office at least four days per week.
• Remote employees must follow UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.

Pay and benefits

• The salary range is $72,800 to $130,000 annually for full-time employment.
• Benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
