Sr. Business Development Executive- Staffing

About This Role

The Staffing Manager will lead the division’s operations and drive business growth by securing new projects, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the timely deployment of qualified personnel. This role requires a balance of operational oversight and business development expertise to meet client demands and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients to understand workforce requirements.
• Oversee the sourcing, selection, and placement of manpower for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms.
• Ensure timely mobilization of personnel to client sites.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to maintain a ready pool of skilled candidates.
• Monitor project performance and promptly address client concerns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide sales strategies.
• Achieve division revenue goals and ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in manpower supply, workforce solutions, or related industries.
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of manpower deployment processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
