Camp Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day camp operations, ensuring smooth accommodation arrangements, employee welfare support, and efficient coordination of workforce logistics.
The role acts as a key link between camp residents, operations teams, HR, and site management to ensure effective camp administration and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily camp operations and ensure proper accommodation arrangements for employees.
- Maintain and update employee accommodation records, room allocations, and occupancy details.
- Manage employee check-in, check-out, mobilization, and demobilization activities.
- Monitor camp attendance records and maintain related documentation.
- Liaise with HR, operations, and site teams to address accommodation and employee-related issues.
- Coordinate transport arrangements and employee movement requirements when needed.
- Ensure camp facilities are maintained and report maintenance requirements promptly.
- Monitor housekeeping, hygiene, and camp cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular camp inspections and report operational concerns to management.
- Maintain camp-related reports, records, and documentation to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
