Overview
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day manpower deployment for client sites, ensuring smooth mobilization, attendance control, and workforce availability as per operational requirements.
The role acts as a key link between site supervisors, clients, and internal operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily manpower allocation and ensure timely deployment to assigned sites.
- Maintain and update employee master data and site-wise manpower lists.
- Manage mobilization and demobilization of workers as per project requirements.
- Track and verify daily attendance, timesheets, and attendance discrepancies.
- Liaise with site supervisors and clients to resolve manpower-related issues and grievances.
- Coordinate transport, accommodation, and PPE requirements for deployed staff.
- Support payroll input by collecting and validating attendance and site data.
- Ensure proper communication between operations, HR, and site teams for smooth workforce management.
- Conduct site visits when required and report operational issues to management.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to staffing operations.
- Note:- The candidate should be okay to stay in the company accomadation.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
