We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and related hardware/software, while also providing timely technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot issues with desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and uptime.
- Provide timely and professional IT support to users.
- Perform regular maintenance, updates, and security patches.
- Manage email systems, data backups, antivirus, and firewalls.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets.
- Ensure data security and compliance with policies.
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding and system access.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or engineering.
- Strong technical skills in Windows/Linux systems, networking, cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365), and security tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
