Role overview

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable insights, reporting, and workflow solutions.
• Manage recurring advisor-practice reports, dashboards, scorecards, data distribution, and ad hoc analysis.
• Collect, clean, reconcile, and validate data from CRM, pipeline, activity, prospect-tracking, and approved sources.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards using DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Design Power Apps solutions and automate workflows and reporting processes.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
• Identify trends, anomalies, data-quality issues, and process improvements; communicate findings and recommendations.
• Maintain reporting documentation, SOPs, business rules, data-source references, and historical data.
• Support data integration with SharePoint and data lakes and collaborate on scalable analytics solutions.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech), Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience ranges conflict: one section asks for 5–8 years in business analysis, reporting, or analytics; another asks for 2–3 years in reporting, data analysis, or BI development.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, SQL, data modeling, data validation, and reporting skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong PowerPoint presentation and data-storytelling skills.
• Power BI reporting experience; another section specifies hands-on dashboard development, DAX, Power Query, and Power Apps.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including dashboards, reports, records, and business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Preferred experience includes KPI reporting, performance dashboards, process improvement, operational excellence, large datasets, and data-driven recommendations.
• AWS Athena, data lakes, cloud data sources, Power Automate, SharePoint integration, data governance, and enterprise dashboards are listed as preferred or additional experience.
• Power BI (PL-300) or Power Platform certification is preferred; financial services or insurance experience is described as nice to have.

Work arrangement

• Employees work in the office at least three days per week and may work from home two days per week.
• Some roles may require additional or different in-office expectations.

Schedule

• Listed working hours are 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
