Role Overview
Support Operational Risk Management reporting, analysis, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare data summary analyses, internal trending reports, and presentations for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare Operational Risk Management reports and dashboards required by leadership.
- Work with leaders across business lines to identify risks and report them through Operational Risk Management processes.
- Handle ad hoc Operational Risk Management requests related to audits and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience and a master's degree.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Access experience is preferred.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage competing priorities and multitask are preferred.
- Additional qualification or experience with SQL is a plus.
- Additional qualification or experience in risk analytics is a plus.
In-Office Collaboration
- Employees work in the office at least three days per week, with flexibility to work from home two days per week.
- Some roles may require additional office time or different in-office expectations.
Employment and Schedule
- Full-time role.
- Working hours are 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
