Role Overview
Join the Field Compensation and Incentives team as a Senior Business Analyst.
Translate business needs into actionable data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
Support multiple business programs and process improvement initiatives across India and the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Support compensation program administration and reporting.
- Process recurring reports within defined SLAs and perform quality checks.
- Automate reports and processes and eliminate redundant activities.
- Handle ad hoc data requests and analysis from stakeholders.
- Maintain process and report documentation.
- Manage controls and validations and flag data or process discrepancies.
- Analyze business needs, design supporting infrastructure, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, and VBA automation.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, VBA, and SQL.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and deliver accurate results independently.
- Strong project management experience and experience with stakeholders across multiple geographies.
Preferred Qualifications
- MS Access experience.
- AWS DataLake knowledge.
- Power Apps and Power BI knowledge and experience.
Workplace and Schedule
- Employees work in the office at least three days per week and may work from home two days per week.
- Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations.
- The stated working hours are 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
