Seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator & Modeller with 6-7 years of experience to lead digital project delivery.
The role shapes the future of upcoming developments.
Work Location: In person in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-disciplinary clash detection matrices using Navisworks and host coordination meetings.
- Streamline workflows between architecture, structure, and MEP teams.
- Author high-fidelity 3D models at LOD 300 to 400.
- Build out parametric Revit families and templates.
- Set up project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Manage data environments such as Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
- Run regular validation checks to ensure model data, geometry, and standards compliance.
What We're Looking For
- 6-7 years of experience in the AEC industry with a strong portfolio of coordinated projects.
- Expert-level Revit and Navisworks Manage.
- Strong familiarity with BIM 360/ACC.
- Bonus points for Dynamo or ISO 19650 knowledge.
- Exceptional communication skills to confidently run coordination meetings.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- BIM Coordinator & Modeller experience of 5 years required.
Compensation
- Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month.
