Role overview

Quality operations

• Manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities and handle incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
• Develop and maintain ISO 9001:2015 QMS documentation and procedures.
• Lead the Quality team and monitor day-to-day inspection activities.
• Identify quality issues and conduct root-cause analysis, CAPA, and NCR activities.
• Monitor production rejection, rework, and quality-related issues.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Conduct and coordinate internal, customer, and external audits.

Improvement and coordination

• Implement 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Ensure measuring and testing instruments are calibrated and maintained.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Design, and Maintenance teams on quality improvement.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and QMS documents.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards.
• Train and guide Quality Inspectors and production staff on quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Quality, or a relevant discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in quality management or manufacturing quality.

Preferred industry experience

• Experience in plastic manufacturing, grinder or mixer manufacturing, home appliances, engineering, or machine manufacturing is preferred.

Key skills

• Quality Management, ISO 9001:2015, QC tools, CAPA, NCR, root-cause analysis, 7 QC Tools, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and audit management.

Pay and benefits

• Pay is ₹19,000–₹50,000 per month.
• Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.

Work location

• Work is in person in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
