The role is a Senior Compliance Associate–Quality Analyst in Global Solutions and Risk Compliance (GSRC).
GSRC supports product classification and regulatory and legal compliance for product listings across worldwide marketplaces.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily quality audits using SOPs and meet defined utilization, productivity, and quality targets.
- Comprehend SOPs with minimal support and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify anomalies such as SOP defects and process gaps through audits.
- Identify defects and preliminary root causes, and explain the rationale.
- Propose quality and productivity solutions and work with managers on milestones.
- Research product, regulatory, and other specified information in a timely manner.
- Prepare and share regular reports on key insights and trends.
- Provide feedback to associates and close the loop on audit observations.
- Respond to stakeholders with guidance and flag updates to leads or managers.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- At least 2 years of BPO experience in accounting, regulatory compliance, IT services, or quality assurance.
- BPO and operations process experience; database management is an added advantage.
Preferred qualifications
- Trade compliance, import/export operations, customs regulations, cross-border logistics, or related global trade compliance experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations is preferred.
- Regulatory compliance management with government agencies is preferred.
- Quality auditor experience in retail, FMCG, or corporate settings is preferred.
- Designing automated custom reporting systems, data analysis, or building data and decision-support systems is preferred.

GSRC is the operational arm of Operational Risk Compliance and supports regulatory requirements across programs including Dangerous Goods, Chemical Safety Compliance, Global Trade Services, Transport Risk Compliance, Sustainability, Extended Producer Responsibility, and Food Safety.
GSRC supports compliance needs for worldwide Amazon marketplaces, with teams across India and several other countries.
