Specialist role in GAL’s Training Centre of Excellence in Abu Dhabi.

Evaluates and validates training programs for alignment with approved procedures, customer requirements and applicable standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct training quality audits, compliance reviews and internal validation.
- Review SAT/ADDIE course design documentation, materials, learning objectives and assessment methods.
- Evaluate instructional delivery, instructor performance and training effectiveness.
- Analyze trainee and instructor feedback, identify trends and prepare evaluation reports.
- Review assessments, examination controls and training records for compliance and integrity.
- Monitor corrective actions, maintain quality records and support continuous improvement.
- Support accreditation, external quality reviews and training management system compliance.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, Quality Management or a related discipline, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in training quality assurance, course evaluation, training standards or related functions.
- Military, aviation or technical training experience is highly desirable.
- Practical knowledge of SAT/ADDIE methodologies, training validation, assessment principles and quality management systems.
- Experience conducting audits, reviewing compliance evidence and preparing evaluation reports.
- Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Quality assurance, internal auditing, instructional techniques or training assessment certifications are advantageous.
