Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead outreach to business teams and regulators, offering security guidance and serving as a first contact.
• Promote security awareness and risk culture, align stakeholders on security challenges, and encourage early security involvement in projects.
• Track active risks in the IT Risk register and communicate issues and business impacts.
• Consult with business units on security posture, policies, controls, and regulatory data security requirements.
• Design and improve technology-risk elements of the Group AI governance framework across AI, GenAI, and agentic AI use cases.
• Monitor technology, cyber, data, outsourcing, privacy, and AI regulations and translate them into requirements, impact assessments, and roadmaps.
• Transform regulatory work into a data-driven, automated, advisory function using GRC platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
• Support technology, security, and data protection audit requirements.
