Assistant Manager - Credit MIS and Analytics (UAE National)

Role purpose

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Retail portfolio risk dashboards and MIS; investigate portfolio deterioration and track delinquencies and losses against budget.
• Assist with loss forecast models, including Micro SME; coordinate volume budgets and policy factors with product teams, validate models, and track actuals against plans.
• Execute monthly credit and collections segmentation models for Retail and Micro SME; ensure data matches approved segmentation documents and publish results to stakeholders on time.
• Prepare monthly portfolio updates, generate Personal Loan retention bases and CLI/LOC bases, analyze profitable Credit Card segments, and prepare material for decks.

Education, experience, and skills

• Graduate degree or above and 3–5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, SAS, and other statistical tools; strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of retail asset banking products and good problem-solving and communication skills.
