Coordinate logistics involving shipment, storage, warehousing, and receipt of company goods and services.
Maintain stocked storerooms or shelves, accurate receipts and invoices, and timely order tracking.
Prepare required shipping and export documents for international transactions and take action to meet customer needs and maintain positive relationships.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the commercial team to process supplier receipts accurately and on time.
- Scan orders and track shipments across multiple channels.
- Approve timesheets associated with deliveries and pickups.
- Manage and monitor agent performance, routing, and scheduling plans.
- Manage subcontractor workflow and quota calendars.
- Establish and maintain maximum and minimum material inventory levels.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a logistics role.
- Working knowledge of transportation management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
