Role overview

Strategy and leadership

• Implement the annual business plan, targets, and departmental strategic agenda.
• Monitor supply chain and logistics plans and performance against functional objectives.
• Lead a motivated team by setting priorities, managing performance, and providing feedback and coaching.
• Guide team leaders toward departmental and organizational goals.
• Ensure work follows strategic project plans, policies, and procedures.

Supply chain and logistics operations

• Develop and execute logistics strategies to optimize operations across resorts.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and delivery of goods and services.
• Implement supply chain management systems to enhance operations.
• Coordinate transportation and distribution, delivery schedules, and timely arrivals.
• Analyze operational costs and implement savings without compromising quality.
• Develop quality-control standards for incoming supplies to meet resort hospitality standards.

Governance and improvement

• Contribute to budget preparation and monitor performance against budget.
• Ensure adherence to functional policies, procedures, standards, and legal requirements.
• Ensure timely, accurate functional MIS statements and reports.
• Apply safety, quality, and environmental controls to support employee safety, compliance, and responsible operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 15–20 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related roles.
• Hospitality or luxury resort operations experience is preferred.
• A master's degree is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics operations, and best practices.
• Proficiency with supply chain software, inventory systems, and relevant technology tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
