Specialist - FP&A Supporting Assets & Infrastructure

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for Supporting Assets & Infrastructure.
• Prepare financial models and business cases to evaluate project performance and investment decisions.
• Analyze financial and operational results and identify variances against budget and forecast.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting.
• Monitor project expenditures and commitments and prepare cost analysis reports.
• Gather financial data and assumptions with project teams and business stakeholders.
• Assist with senior management presentations and reports.
• Maintain accurate, consistent data across financial systems and reporting tools.
• Support continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or management reporting.
• Experience in real estate development, infrastructure, or large-scale projects is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
