Position Overview
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert obstetric and gynecological consultations and treatments.
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of women's health conditions.
- Perform and support gynecological procedures within the scope of practice.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Utilize evidence-based medicine and modern treatment approaches.
- Educate and counsel patients regarding treatment plans and healthcare options.
- Participate in clinical governance, quality initiatives, and continuous professional development activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Degree from a recognized institution.
- Board Certification or equivalent Western qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Valid Department of Health (DoH) License or Eligibility as a Specialist/Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecologist.
- Proven experience practicing in a JCIA-accredited hospital in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Prior experience in a busy clinical setting, managing an average outpatient volume of more than 25 patients per day.
