We are currently hiring a **Spanish Speaking Sales Agent** to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Dubai.
About The Role
As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients, presenting company services, and driving sales through strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with potential clients in Spanish
- Present and promote company products/services
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects
- Build strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Requirements
- Fluent in **Spanish** (English is a plus)
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
