Primevista Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled and creative **in-house Photographer / Videographer / Editor** to produce premium-quality visual content for property listings and marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for a professional with experience in real estate media, capable of delivering visually compelling photography and engaging video content that reflects a luxury brand standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality property photography, including both interior and exterior shots
- Produce cinematic videography, including property walkthroughs, lifestyle visuals, and presentation content
- Create engaging short-form videos for social media platforms (properties, company branding, agents, events, etc.)
- Perform professional photo editing, including color correction, alignment, and final enhancements
- Edit video content with attention to cuts, transitions, stabilization, subtitles, and audio/music integration
- Design and maintain branded templates for property listings and social media content
- Coordinate with sales agents to schedule shoots and ensure timely delivery of content
- Maintain a consistent, high-end visual style aligned with the Company’s brand identity
- Organize, manage, and archive all media files systematically by property and project
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate photography and videography (preferred)
- Strong and demonstrable portfolio (mandatory)
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, and AI-based tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with a clear understanding of luxury branding
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
- Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle
