Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Moroccan Female Sales Agent** to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Arabic and a passion for sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
- Conduct property viewings and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Requirements
- Moroccan nationality preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and good English communication skills
- Previous experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
