We are currently hiring a **Chinese Speaking Real Estate Sales Agent** to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai.
About The Role
You will be responsible for assisting Chinese-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
You will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing high-value property deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and understand their property requirements
- Present and promote Dubai real estate projects
- Generate leads and follow up with potential buyers/investors
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Maintain strong long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Fluent in **Mandarin Chinese** (English is a plus)
- Previous experience in real estate or sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory
