The Team

As part of our Culinary team, you will work closely with the Executive Sous Chef and collaborate with Banquets, In-Room Dining, Stewarding, Catering, and other key departments.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where teamwork, precision, and creativity come together to deliver exceptional dining experiences across multiple kitchens and outlets.

Your Role

As a key member of the Culinary leadership team, you will oversee daily operations across the Banquet Kitchen, In-Room Dining, Main Kitchen, and MyRestaurant.

You will play a vital role in maintaining the highest food quality standards, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to operational excellence, cost control, and team development, while upholding Rosewood s standards of service and craftsmanship.

How You Ll Make The Place

Oversee daily kitchen operations across Banquets, In-Room Dining, Main Kitchen, and MyRestaurant to ensure smooth execution Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, following recipes, presentation, and portion guidelines Monitor food cost, inventory levels, and purchasing to maintain budget targets and minimize waste Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in line with UAE regulations Lead, train, and motivate kitchen associates, fostering a strong and collaborative team culture Support menu development and work with Catering and other departments to create tailored dining experiences
