You will be part of our Events team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, working closely with the Director of Banqueting & Convention Services and a collaborative group of banquet and operations professionals.

Together, the team brings events to life from corporate meetings and conferences to weddings and social celebrations delivering seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences at every stage.

As Banquets & Conferences Concierge, you will be the key point of contact for event organizers and delegates, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed from pre-planning through to execution.

You will play a vital role in shaping memorable experiences, working cross-functionally with Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, and other teams to ensure flawless delivery.

Through your attention to detail, proactive approach, and warm service style, you will help elevate the overall success of our events and reinforce Rosewood Abu Dhabi s commitment to refined, personalized hospitality.

Act as the main point of contact for event organizers and delegates, delivering intuitive and personalized service throughout the event journey Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of meetings, conferences, and social functions Review banquet event orders (BEOs) and event setups to ensure accuracy, readiness, and alignment with guest expectations Conduct pre-event briefings and follow-ups, ensuring all details, timelines, and special requirements are clearly communicated Remain present during events to proactively support guests, resolve requests, and ensure a smooth experience Oversee event materials, signage, and collateral to ensure accuracy, presentation, and timely delivery
