Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **Sourcing Specialist / Sourcing Executive** with **4–5 years of experience in UAE market** to manage supplier sourcing, vendor development, price negotiation, procurement support, and cost effective purchasing strategies.
The candidate should have strong market knowledge, supplier networks, and the ability to source quality products/services within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers/vendors locally and internationally
- Source products, materials, subcontractors, or services as per company requirements
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate best commercial terms
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Conduct market research for new suppliers, trends, and pricing
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, projects, and finance departments
- Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials
- Prepare comparison sheets, sourcing reports, and vendor databases
- Maintain approved supplier list and vendor documentation
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
- Resolve supply issues, delays, or quality concerns
- Support cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing
Requirements
- 4–5 years experience in sourcing / procurement / purchasing
- UAE market experience is highly preferred
- Strong supplier negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of local and international sourcing channels
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic advantage)
- Strong MS Excel, ERP, and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
