Sourcing Specialist

About This Role

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist / Sourcing Executive with 4–5 years of experience in UAE market to manage supplier sourcing, vendor development, price negotiation, procurement support, and cost effective purchasing strategies. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, supplier networks, and the ability to source quality products/services within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers/vendors locally and internationally
• Source products, materials, subcontractors, or services as per company requirements
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate best commercial terms
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Conduct market research for new suppliers, trends, and pricing
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, projects, and finance departments
• Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials
• Prepare comparison sheets, sourcing reports, and vendor databases
• Maintain approved supplier list and vendor documentation
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
• Resolve supply issues, delays, or quality concerns
• Support cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing

Requirements

• 4–5 years experience in sourcing / procurement / purchasing
• UAE market experience is highly preferred
• Strong supplier negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of local and international sourcing channels
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic advantage)
• Strong MS Excel, ERP, and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
