Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Project Manager** with strong background in **flooring and interior fit-out projects in the UAE**.
The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple site projects, ensuring timely execution, quality control, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction from start to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage flooring / interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and material usage
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company standards
- Manage subcontractors and labor teams effectively
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues
- Attend project meetings and provide progress updates to management
- Ensure high-quality finishing and client satisfaction at all stages
Requirements
- 4–5 years UAE experience in **flooring / interior fit-out / construction projects**
- Strong knowledge of **flooring systems (wood, vinyl, carpet, epoxy, etc.)**
- Must hold a **valid UAE Driving License**
- Strong leadership and site management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Excel preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hour
