Sourcing Manager role in Nest’s Strategic Sourcing Team, supporting organisational priorities and delivering value for members.

Role responsibilities
- Shape sourcing strategies and engage with the market.
- Run competitive tender processes and oversee end-to-end procurement activity.
- Draft tender and contract documentation, manage evaluations, and support supplier selection.
- Review and negotiate commercial terms and conditions.
- Partner with stakeholders and provide commercial advice.
- Balance value for money, risk, and compliance while delivering positive outcomes.
Minimum criteria
- Strong knowledge of Managing Public Money, procurement legislation, and public-sector regulatory requirements, including PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023.
- Experience delivering complex, high-value procurements from market engagement through contract award.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders, understand business needs, and provide trusted commercial advice.
- Experience drafting tender and contract documentation, managing evaluations, and supporting supplier selection.
- Strong commercial awareness, including reviewing and negotiating contractual terms and conditions.
- Ability to balance value for money, risk, and compliance while delivering positive outcomes.

The role sits in the Strategic Sourcing Team within the Procurement function of Nest’s Finance Directorate.
