Sourcing Manager role supporting Nest's strategic priorities through complex procurement and tendering.
The role is in the Strategic Sourcing Team within the Procurement function.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement and tendering, from sourcing strategy and market engagement through contract award.
- Run competitive tenders, manage evaluations, support supplier selection and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Partner with organisational stakeholders, provide commercial expertise and advice, and balance value, risk and compliance.
Minimum criteria
- Strong knowledge of Managing Public Money, procurement legislation and public-sector regulatory requirements, including PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023.
- Experience delivering complex, high-value procurements from market engagement through contract award.
- Ability to understand stakeholder business needs and provide trusted commercial advice.
- Experience drafting tender and contract documentation, managing evaluations and supporting supplier selection.
- Commercial awareness, including reviewing and negotiating contractual terms and conditions.
- Ability to balance value for money, risk and compliance while delivering positive outcomes.
