Project and role

Architecture and delivery

• Define the overall architecture across .NET, React, React Native, Spring Boot, Flowable, and Oracle.
• Design application, API, integration, and workflow architecture, including patterns for Avaya Call Center, Firebird SMS, and M-Files.
• Design on-premises deployment architecture in partnership with Infrastructure, DevOps, DBA, and Security teams.
• Define SSO/IAM, RBAC, encryption, audit, performance, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Establish coding standards, architecture principles, and development guidelines.
• Lead technical decisions, design reviews, and critical code reviews across Agile sprints.
• Coordinate with the AI Solution Architect on secure on-premises AI integration.
• Support production readiness, troubleshooting, go-live, and platform stabilization.

Architecture experience

• At least 10 years in enterprise application development, solution architecture, and large-scale software delivery.
• Strong end-to-end enterprise solution design and governance experience, including scalability, security, integration, and performance.
• Expert-level .NET enterprise application and backend architecture experience.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, enterprise APIs, integration platforms, React, and React Native.
• Advanced experience with Oracle databases and enterprise data architecture.
• Experience with Flowable or similar BPM/workflow platforms is listed as a must-have.

Technical and leadership requirements

• Extensive API, integration, workflow, distributed-systems, and REST-based architecture experience.
• Strong enterprise security architecture knowledge, including SSO/IAM, RBAC, encryption, audit logging, and VAPT remediation.
• Experience designing high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and performance architectures.
• Experience with on-premises enterprise environments, CI/CD, release governance, and production operations.
• Experience as a technical design authority, leading technical and design reviews, mentoring engineering teams, and supporting go-live.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or above.

Preferred domain experience

• Government-sector solutions, large-scale enterprise platforms, case management and workflow systems, complex integration ecosystems, and on-premises deployments are nice-to-haves.
