Frontend Developer (Angular) in Abu Dhabi

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Angular components for case dashboards, workflows, forms, and reporting views.
• Build responsive interfaces from UI/UX designs and integrate them with backend REST APIs.
• Implement state management and maintain application performance and maintainability.
• Ensure quality through unit testing, code reviews, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, designers, backend engineers, and QA engineers.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and daily team ceremonies.
• Support releases and resolve UI-related production issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial frontend development experience with strong recent Angular version 14 or later experience.
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
• Experience with RESTful API integration, authentication and authorization flows, and state management.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Jest.
• Ability to work in an Agile team and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Desired Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
• Experience working for a UAE-based company is desirable.
• Experience with Ionic, Capacitor, or micro-frontend architecture is desirable.

• The position is onsite in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
