Project overview

Responsibilities

• Define overall architecture across .NET, React, React Native, Spring Boot, Flowable, and Oracle.
• Design application, API, integration, and workflow architecture, including patterns for Avaya Call Center, Firebird SMS, and M-Files.
• Design on-premises deployments with Infrastructure, DevOps, DBA, and Security teams.
• Define SSO/IAM, RBAC, encryption, audit, performance, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Establish coding standards and architecture principles; lead technical decisions, design reviews, and critical code reviews in Agile delivery.
• Coordinate secure on-premises AI integration with the AI Solution Architect.
• Support production readiness, troubleshooting, go-live, and platform stabilization; mentor engineering teams.

Must-have qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise application development, solution architecture, and large-scale software delivery.
• Strong end-to-end enterprise architecture experience covering scalability, security, integration, and performance.
• Expert .NET enterprise application and backend architecture experience; strong Spring Boot, enterprise API, and integration-platform experience.
• Strong React, React Native, and modern application architecture experience; advanced Oracle and enterprise data architecture experience.
• Experience with Flowable or similar BPM/workflow platforms and API, integration, workflow, and distributed-system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise integration patterns and REST-based services.
• Security architecture knowledge including SSO/IAM, RBAC, encryption, audit logging, and VAPT remediation.
• Experience designing high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and performance architectures.
• Experience with on-premises enterprise environments, CI/CD, release governance, and production operations.
• Proven technical design authority and experience leading architecture, design, and critical code reviews in Agile environments.
• Experience mentoring backend, frontend, mobile, and integration engineering teams; experience supporting production readiness and go-live.
• English at upper-intermediate level or higher.
