Role overview

Job responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and data-flow requirements with product owners, business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for requirements synthesis, solution optioning and architecture documentation; validate outputs and observe data sensitivity and security requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that optimize system performance and scalability.
• Analyze data for trends, gaps and opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate on architecture designs, policies, standards and governance aligned with business strategy.
• Keep technical knowledge current and apply best practices to evolving business needs.
• Extract insights from large, diverse datasets to support data-driven decision-making.
• Help manage project dependencies and change control.
• Identify process enhancements and apply solutions analysis principles and practices.
• Guide others' work to support timely completion and adherence to established practices.

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analytics, including data extraction, modeling and interpretation.
• Advanced data visualization capabilities and hands-on implementation and management of BI dashboards.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to document complex information clearly for diverse audiences.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI in solutions analysis workflows, with validation habits and data-sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations, escalate uncertainty and follow data-handling expectations.
• Advanced data fluency with large, diverse datasets and insight generation.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics, vendor products and vendor relations.
• Strong written communication for diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Ability to create JIRA user stories with Definition of Ready and acceptance criteria and use JIRA reports and dashboards.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of the financial and payments domain is preferred.
