Recruiter on the Global Investment Banking recruitment team, hiring Analyst and Associate talent across front-office Investment Banking in EMEA.
Partners with hiring managers and HR colleagues across multiple countries to deliver hiring strategies and a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle hiring from role intake and briefing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers, staffers, and HR stakeholders across EMEA on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
- Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, professional networks, job boards, and social channels; build talent pipelines.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates and coordinate offer management and candidate closing.
- Track activity in recruiting systems, maintain accurate data and reporting, and use analytics to improve recruiting outcomes.
- Protect data privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Required qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or search, whether in-house, agency, or executive search.
- Ability to manage concurrent searches, prioritise deadlines, and advise hiring managers and HR partners.
- Proven direct sourcing capability, strong communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using applicant tracking systems and producing accurate reports and insights.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience recruiting across EMEA and navigating multi-country hiring processes.
- Ability to use recruiting analytics for pipeline health, funnel conversion, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
- Experience with sensitive or confidential searches or strategic hiring initiatives.
